3. Security of API Keys

We understand the sensitivity of API Keys from third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) that you integrate into our platform ("Bring Your Own Key" feature).

  1. Advanced Encryption: Your API Keys are stored using AES-256 encryption and are never displayed in plain text after being saved.
  2. Proxy Only: AI247 acts solely as a secure proxy. We do not use your API Keys to train our own models or for any other purpose outside your account.

4. Customer & E-commerce Data

For users integrating E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee), we process order data under strict security protocols.

  1. Secure Automation: Order data (such as shipping status and product details) is accessed by the AI Agent only when relevant inquiries are made by the respective customer.
  2. Data Isolation: Your store data is logically isolated from other users' data. The AI will not "learn" from Store A's data to answer queries for Store B.
  3. Platform Compliance: We comply with the privacy policies and API terms of service of each respective marketplace platform.

5. User Rights

You have full control over your data. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:
